1. How do I know I am dealing with a legitimate company and not some backyard operation?

You are most welcome to come and visit our production facility in Basildon and receive personalised service from our staff. However, we realise that this is not always possible, so feel free to check out our partner companies in Singapore and Australia who have supplied over 100,000 prints to happy customers. We can also supply you with a range of testimonials from some of the more than 2000 professional photographers who use our services world-wide.

2. How long does it take to create my print?

Once we have confirmed the artwork for your print it will take us 2 days to create. If you need it sooner please call us on 01268 533 713 to discuss. We can save you time by shipping directly to your customer (in unmarked packaging so your customer does not know who you use as your printing service)

4. What happens if the print does not meet my expectations, or the expectations of my customer?

We are so confident that you will be happy with your print that we offer three things:

We will send you your print without requiring upfront payment. You will not have to pay for it unless you are 100% happy.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our printing (with no small print). This also applies to situations where your customer has changed their mind or is unhappy with the print.

Many of our printing products come with long warranties (i.e. all our canvas prints have a 75 year warranty)

5. How do I get my print from you?

You can either pick it up from our factory or we can ship it anywhere in the United Kingdom. Express shipping is also available if you need it urgently.

6. What size prints do you make?

At Brilliant Prints we custom create a frame for each print (except Lumi Tiles). This means you can have just about any sized print that you like.

7. How do I order my prints?

You can upload it onto our online ordering system, save it onto a CD or flashdrive, attach it to an email, send in the hard copy or come visit us at our office.

8. Do you have enhanced services for photographers?

We offer a range of services to assist photographers or designers. We can add signatures or limited edition markings. We can archive your files for easy ordering. We can also ship directly to the customer on your behalf (with unmarked packaging - or we can apply labels and stickers from your company for personal branding). We specialise in assisting you to put togethers exhibitions.

9. What type of digital file should I send it?

We accept JPEGs, TIFF, PSD or PDF files. We always check if the resolution is high enough before we print your image and will inform you if there is going to be a problem. Please note that you can only use jpeg files if you are planning on using our online system.

10.  Do you use proper colour managed processes?

We have created custom print profiles for all our printers that are designed for our ink and canvas combinations. All editing of your image is done on properly colour corrected screens. We can also send you copies of all our profiles if you would like to soft-proof your images as part of the editing process. For images or prints where colour matching is crucial, we are happy to print samples in advance to perform any enhanced colour correction.
